Description

The PTZ-AHD-5 is 1080p HD PTZ camera (AHD CCTV type) that features high definition recording resolution of 1920 x 1080 (2 megapixel) and built-in infrared night vision. The PTZ-AHD-5 has a 10x optical zoom range using a 5 ~ 50mm lens and a max infrared distance of 150 feet (50 meters). This pan, tilt, and zoom dome security camera has a 1/3" Sony image sensor.

All of the vital components of this camera are enclosed in an IP66 rated outdoor dome housing that safeguards against harsh weather, dust, humidity, and acts of vandalism. The PTZ-AHD-5 is hard wired to a DVR using RG59 coaxial cable. As with all AHD cameras, they must be used with an AHD compatible DVR.

Users can control the pan, tilt and zoom controls using a RS-485 Joystick or Stand Alone DVR. The PTZ-AHD-5 supports Pelco D and Pelco P control protocols. For use in low light environments, this camera has a Color Lux rating of 0.1 and a Black and White Lux rating of 0.01.

Also featured are 6 giant LEDs that provide an effective Infrared range of up to 50 meters / 150 feet. The IR LED illuminators automatically activate when the camera senses low light beyond the capability of the lux ratings. An IR Cut Filter enhances the image quality by blocking any unusable infrared lighting and only allowing the visible light to pass through.

This camera includes a 12V-DC power supply. A few more features of this camera includes a endless 360° pan, up to 220 individual preset points and wall mount bracket for easy installation.
